A Pot Of Gold TICA Cat Show at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel March 13-14 2010- Denver, Colo. VENDING Spaces: Each vending space will be 10'x10'' with access to electric for an extra fee. One 8' table & two chairs. Vending Spaces are $85. Early bird special $75 if paid in full before Feb.9, 2010 The fee of electric will be an extra $40 Additional tables will be $10/each. Vendors may have their entries within their vending space for the price of the standard entry. Vending spaces will be given on a first come, first paid basis. Set Up: Friday March 13 from 12pm to 5pm NO Early Set ups! Please have your booth open both days by 9:00am Teardown of showhall must be vacated by 7pm Sunday night, No early tear down Advertised Show Hours: Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm Remittance: Payment can be made with a check, Money order, or by Pay Pal enclosed with signed contract and received by the Vendor Coordinator by the closing date. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the Vendor and the Show Managers. Terms and Conditions: This show is governed by TICA and Colorado Cats show rules, which will be enforced. TICA's rules can be found at www.TICA.org 4.1. Distribution of brochures, pamphlets and leaflets is limited to the top of show cages. 2. No gas or air filled balloons of any type allowed. 5.3. Anyone soliciting a product or service must have a vending space contract. 6.4. Selling of human food products must have prior approval of show management. in our upcoming Pot of Gold TICA cat show at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel Denver, Colo. For our annual club show we will have a 12 ring- 2 day format. VENDOR SPACES: We have 10 vendor spaces available. The size will be10'x10' at the cost of $85 Early bird special $75 if paid before Feb.9, 2010 All space are first come-first paid basis. Reservations by mail, phone, e-mail, accepted subject to receipt of payment by closing date. No payment at the door. ADVERTISING: To support ongoing after-show sales, all Colorado Cats vendors will be listed in our catalog along with their contact information and listed on our website .with a link to their website. In addition, Colorado Cats is offering catalog advertising. Our show catalog will be printed 8-1/2"x11" and in black & white. Ads must be camera ready, and received by our Vendor Coordinator no later than 10 days before the show date. For FREE Advertising, sponsor a ring..... RING SPONSORSHIP: Colorado Cats needs sponsors for our judging rings, In exchange for ring sponsorship Colorado Cats will prominently display your company name by putting up whatever signage you provide (subject to approval of by show manager) You will also receive a full- page ad in the show catalog & your sponsorship will be announced several times during the show. Take advantage of this excellent opportunity to promote your products to our exhibitors and spectators! DONATIONS IN LIEU OF VENDING: If you are unable to vend this show but would like to do some remote marketing to our breeders/exhibitors, consider making a donation to our exhibitor goodie bags.
